Review: I am so happy that I did the BeBalanced program with Sophia. I was able to balance my hormones and lose weight. My energy levels are much better. My attitude is better as well. Even though I have toyed with eating other items, I can tell that certain foods affect me in a different way so then I return to my BeBalanced training. Review: I have been thoroughly pleased with this program!! Yes, I put in the work, but the staff are great and very supportive throughout the process. I have lost 16 pounds total as of today and am still working to lose about 5 more. Whenever a question arises, I would call or text and the Be Balanced team was quick to respond or get me the help I needed. I have MS and deal with medication that causes weight gain. I also HATE working out but am a first-grade teacher and am VERY active. I can easily transition to the maintenance phase and see myself being successful with this lifestyle of healthy living – eating better and getting more active.
