Review: I have been on the weight loss program with Cornerstone Wellness since the first week of March, so 3 weeks now, I already lost 12 lbs! My belt is one notch tighter now which it really cool! I have tried different diets that felt too hard and I would just give up. This program is much better, easier even though I have to meal prep now a few times per week. I am never hungry. Drea from Cornerstone Wellness gave me tons of tips to make sure I’m not hungry. I really like the weekly body scan and Drea makes it exciting! I also like the red light therapy, helping me to lose inches off my belly right away. What’s very surprising is that my taste has changed. I don’t crave junk food now and strawberries taste better than ever before! And it’s not because I’m hungry, it’s probably because I don’t eat candy or junk now.
