Review: I always felt welcomed and supported until recently. They hired an NP who during my last visit was very rude and talked to me like I was a worthless piece of garbage because I had not lost the weight she felt I should have. She actually told me it was more important for her to put her kids through college than any reason I had for not meeting her expectations. I have spent my entire adult life working in healthcare and customer service and would never talk to someone the way she spoke to me. From the sounds of the conversation, I was not the only one that day she had the same conversation with. I went in feeling overwhelmed and defeated and left in tears. And no I was not referred to anyone else much less another weight loss program

Review: From the time I started in December of 2017 until August of 2018, I was fortunate enough to be under the exceptional care and tutelage of the doctors, health professionals, and staff at JB Medical Wellness Center. By carefully crafting an affordable, healthy medical weight loss plan, I was astounded to lose 27% of my body weight​ (a total of 62lbs/28.18kg), lower my Body Mass Index (BMI) from 32 (considered obese) to 23 (considered to be in the normal range), my body fat​ from 27% to 14%, and my waist size from 36″-38″ to 30″-32″. As a health professional, I can understand the utmost​ responsibility and complexity of staying healthy in today’s world.
