Review: The Keep it Off program is a game changer for me! I started this program almost 5 months ago, I’ve lost 51 pounds so far. Through this short time, I have already learned so much and feel like the weekly classes are very beneficial! I still have 50-60 more pounds to lose and I have no doubt that I will reach my goal weight with the guidance of the Keep it Off team! Once I reach my goal, I feel very confident that with the continued classes in maintenance that I will learn how to keep the weight from coming back. This program not only helps you lose weight, but to actually help you reach your goal weight, then to help you keep the weight off!! Getting to talk to a doctor every other week to discuss your progress or concerns is wonderful! Also, being able to email your behaviorist for advice on what you can do if you are going on vacation as far as eating or any concern is the best feeling! There is always someone here to help you if needed! This is a fantastic program and I wish I found it sooner!! I recommend this program to anyone needing to lose weight, no matter if it’s a little or a lot like myself!!

Review: This has been the diet program I’ve ever done and the staff is amazing. They actually train and prepare you for life after you meet your goal. You set-up for success not failure. I would recommend Keep It Off Medical Weight Loss program to anyone serious about the commitment to losing weight and keeping it. The meal replacements taste good and the support you receive is AWESOME!!!

Review: So far I am not impressed. When I did the program a few years ago it seemed to have run smoother, people returned calls, products were received in 2-3 days and the staff was friendlier. I was told by someone to stop giving Covid passes for unprofessional behaviors and I get that now. I’d you don’t want to work go find another job. I am a cash paying customer and I guess I expect too much from Professionals. I will give them 1 month to see if attitudes and professionalism change.
