Review: I would not be down to a healthy weight if it was not for Medallion Weight Loss I trIed to get down to a healthy weight for many years, and even tried other weight-loss clinics, but I knew I needed more help. Christel is wonderful, so encouraging, her plan truly “Changed my Shape”!For me, I’m assuming and others as well, Needed to incorporate more proteins to my diet. With her helpful guidance, encouragement, along with exercise and a supplement, and always being there for me, I went from 164 pounds to 126 It took about 10 months, I’ve been maintaining since September 2015.
