Review: The girls are so kind here. I felt so comfortable. I lost seven pounds in two weeks from taking my med in the morning than eating only a healthy diet. No carbs,no sugers , and my fat burning med before my walk and my weekly shot .My weight was 5ft5 160, and my current weight is 120 .Thank you Docter ❤️ It is important to make permanent lifestyle changes by just following the doctors plan ,weighing your meals. I allowed myself a total of 500 hundredcalories a day to start and only a snack of fresh fruits or a salad with vinegar and oil salad dressing. You will have cravings but stay strong. If I can do it, then anyone can. I no longer eat fast food or go through a gallon of ice cream almost every day. The craving for sugar will go away after a few days .you calorie intake will be different than mine, so do not follow my plan because we are all different and some people need more calories . I now eat two thousand calories a day and take long walks .Listen to the doctor, please
