Review: I have tried all types of diets and eating plans. I finally met with Laurie at the Elk Grove Medifast and fell in love with the support and encouragement by her. She lets you feel her belief in the plan and how it has impacted her personally. I have been doing this for two months now and have enjoyed the support team I have when I come in each week. This plan has been very successful. I have lost more in the two months then on any other plan. I especially am thankful for my wonderful counselor, Brittany. She is always smiling and encouraging me even when I am challenging her. I have also had the privilege to work with many of the counselors there and all of them work well together to make you feel apart of the Elk Grove Medifast family and help you know they too care about your success. Thank you Elk Grove Medifast!

Review: My experience has been nothing short of amazing. I have a wonderful counselor Miriam. I have lost 11 lbs in two months. Some of my favorite foods are the shakes, the cinnamon pretzels, smores bars, and the smoothies. The staff at the Elk Grove Center are friendly, warm, and welcoming. I had tried numerous other weight loss programs, had some success but then would gain the weight back. So I decided to give Medifast a try. I am so glad I did.

Review: I’m a 54 year old man who has been obese for 40 years. I started on Medifast 8 weeks ago and I am down 40 pounds. Everybody I interact with at the Medifast center is supportive and encouraging. Judy is the best counselor and is always positive and helps me stay on track.I chose Medifast because it is a comprehensive system that is tailored to my body and also works on the mental aspect of weight loss. I fully expect to succeed and reach my goal ahead of time AND keep the fat off.If you have tried other plans and they didn’t work, this may very well be the system for you.

Review: I highly recommend Medifast to anyone who is serious about finally losing all the weight that they have talked about for years. I have been overweight for most of my adult life. I stopped looking in the mirror about 10 years ago, literally.I basically surrender to Medifast 60+ days ago. I am now 38 pounds lighter, and 5 pounds below my initial target weight. I can look in the mirror. I feel fantastic.Everyone at my Laguna branch is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I always feel confident about the advice they give me, and the goals and plans we set.My counselor, Miriam, is the best, and I look forward to checking in at 7:40 on Saturdays. That says something for me.Good luck! But, you won’t need it with this program.
