Review: Very friendly staff! Liz was very helpful in my initial setup account info. I was greeted and taken in for counseling by Christel who immediately comforted me in any anxiety I may have had. She was thorough in her explanation of what I would be doing to get the optimal results. Changing the way I think about food, charting or journaling has helped. I am looking forward to my end results of successful weight loss along with changed habits for the betterment of my health.

Review: I have never been to a weight loss clinic before or seen a physician regarding my weight before. I’ve always thought diet and exercise would eventually work … But with age, work, and lifestyle .. that wasn’t wasn’t working. I did not know what to expect for my initial consultation and was not sure I would feel better or worse about myself. Struggling with my weight for sometime now, I was nervous but eager to go. To my pleasant surprise, the experience was great. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Office is clean and inviting. Christel was kind, knowledgeable, genuinely listened to my concerns, and addressed all of them one by one. I didn’t not feel rushed or uncomfortable talking about to things that I tend to avoid. Christel was very thorough and considerate. I am so happy I went and recommend anyone to make an appointment.
