Review: I knew when I first walked in the door, the atmosphere, the staff, nurse practitioner felt far, cold and impersonal. Nothing at all like my experience in the past. The privacy of the patient is not respected or protected. Other patients, can hear all conversation between staff, the patient with the nurse practitioner, the front desk and the nothing at all like the team I had experienced in the past, through the years on and off. I started here 3 years ago at 189, the previous team I always felt supported respected, warm and caring. I didn’t want to believe the recent reviews… sadly they are true. I don’t think I will ever be back and I know never to this location
