Review: I have been working out at RCMC for a month and just started my second week on my program and I have lost 11.6 freaking pounds!!!! Not only is that amazing but their team and coaches are truly there for you and want to help you be healthier! I cried a little after my check in this morning! I’ve struggled with my weight loss after having 3 kids and finally with all their support I’m seeing a difference!!! Thank you guys!!!
