Review: This was such an amazing program and I am lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Lavonne on my health goals. San Jose Weight Loss is an interactive program that required me to show up and put in the disciplined work, and I know that being able to connect with Dr. Lavonne every day is what not only made the program a success for me personally, it also gave me the ambition to keep going and not to give up.To date, I have kept off 21 of the 29lbs I lost over the summer 3 years ago with the San Jose Weight Loss program. And more importantly, my partner and I continue to make healthy meals together several nights a week based on the meals we ate while I was in this program. Dr. Lavonne was so great to work with!! I was always such a quitter when it came to living a healthy lifestyle, but Dr. Lavonne at San Jose Weight Loss taught me practical and realistic practices for making permanent changes while still being able to enjoy my life. Review: As I’m sure some folks reading this can relate, I put on a good amount of weight throughout the pandemic. Dieting programs have never worked for me, in part because I am a vegetarian and most diets require lean meats as the protein source. Admittedly, I was skeptical in the beginning, but Dr. Lavonne worked with me to modify the plan to make it vegetarian friendly and it worked…I’ve lost 20lbs and counting in less than 2 months and feel fantastic! My energy levels are up and my skin looks great.There were a few adjustments that needed to be made to my protein sources the first week but other than that, I was surprised how straight forward the process was. Dr. Lavonne and her team provided all the support using messages, and 1:1 conversations which really helped me conquer my problem areas when it comes to food. Additionally, I found that being accountable to somebody actually made a huge difference, and being allowed to be honest because there was no judgement on her part – only support – created an environment where I could learn how to make better decisions and see the bigger picture of how these decisions contribute to overall wellness. I can’t thank her enough for encouraging me (and putting up with me 😊) throughout this whole process.Thank you so much Dr. Lavonne and team! I am forever grateful. I feel so much better not only physically but mentally too.

Review: I was able to lose 20lbs (the weight I gained during COVID) through the San Jose Weight Loss nutrition plan. Dr. Lavonne was a huge support and helped me stay motivated and accountable. I also saw a decrease in my migraines due to the anti-inflammatory foods I was eating. I highly recommend this Program, especially if you need a jump start to a healthier lifestyle!

Review: I had seen how good Dr. Pineda looked and asked what she had been doing. She said she was testing a weigh loss program she was about to offer at her practice.Six months later after gaining more weight and getting no where with my usual weight loss tricks, I finally asked for help. Not an easy thing for this 57 year old ex jock to admit I needed help.Bottom line, I did what she said and lost 25+.lbs and have kept off and lost even more on my own. The program changed my metabolism and my eating habits.I’m not going to say it was fun or easy but it WORKS and for six weeks of sacrificing it’s given me my body back. Totally worth it if you ask me.
