Review: I am losing weight (pretty darn fast too), and Star is awesome in helping me. She has a super positive energy, and really cares about her clients (and it shows). I would highly recommend their services. This is not a crash diet, or making you exercise all day, to achieve results. Meals are 6x a day (yes, six), and I walk about 30 mins a day (yes, walking, not running). This is so easy to maintain the program, and she always answers a text if you have a question, concern, or need a little support.

Review: I have been going to the Total Wellness for over a week. (4 sessions so far). I am happy with the results I am seeing in my body and pleased with myself for choosing to improve myself. You are treated like family and a queen. Star, the owner, is very straightforward with very high energy and really care about you as a person. I am on the meal plan too. I eat 3 meals a day and 3 snacks. Actually more food than I ate before but now I am eating the right foods and snacks. Yesterday I found out I was drinking too much water everyday and flooding my system. Go figure 6 months ago I barely drank and water now I have to watch my intake. Every plan is different because we are all different so Star figures out the right plan for you and makes adjustments as needed. I am very pleased with Total Wellness and STAR who lives up to her name
