Review: I’ve tried dozens of diets, programs, and books to try to lose weight. I was stuck in the struggle of what to eat because so called experts disagree on every food – eat this, don’t eat this. None of it was working. I’m so glad that I found Dr. Mayer and Graciela. They have been a great support, shared a new way of approaching eating that is simple to follow, and tailored the plan to my medical needs. I’m down 30 lbs since my first visit about 4 months ago, and am on track to lose a lot more without stress.

Review: Valencia Medical Weight Control has helped me in so many ways.I’ve lost over 20 pounds in 10 weeks. Dr. Mayer worked with me, spending hours to teach me to eat right and about nutrition. They are always there if I need encouragement. For the first time in at least 8 years my blood pressure, cholesterol & blood chemistry are all NORMAL! I feel better, look better and feel better about myself.When my Doctor put me on yet another pill to fix problems caused by my weight I knew I had to do something about it. I’d tried for years to do it on my own and couldn’t seem to keep it up. I decided to get some help so I called and made an appointment.I looked at several places near by and not only is Valencia Medical Weight Control much better than the rest they are also a lot less expensive. Very reasonable. I will save more money on the prescriptions I don’t need to take any longer as a result of the weight loss than the program cost me.I’m very grateful to them.I highly recommend them.

Review: I started going to Valencia Weight Control Clinic at the end of last year because due to a thyroid issue I could not seem to lose weight no matter how much I exercised or watched my food intake. I was 30lbs overweight and even though I was going to the gym daily and watching every morsel of food I put in my mouth my scale was going up. One day I weighed myself and my scale had actually gone up 10lbs and I was ready to just give up. This is when I decided to take a drastic measure and find a weight loss clinic and it so happened these guys were open so I went in the same day. With the help of phentermine boosting my metabolism I have been able to lose 20lbs so far, I’ve gone down 2 sizes and I feel so much better. I can actually wear my heels without my feet throbbing in 20 minutes or less and I’ve had to purchase new clothes because my old clothes are too loose. I tried for a few years to lose weight with diet and exercise and it wasn’t working, even though I still exercise and watch what I eat I am very grateful to have found Dr. Meyer and Graciela because without them who knows where my scale would be right now. If you are on a weight loss journey and just need some extra help I would definitely give them a try. They’re only open Friday and Saturday, but don’t let that discourage you because at least they do answer their phone if you call them during the week with a question.

Review: I cannot recommend this program enough. Dr Mayer and Graciella are not only warm and welcoming but always without judgement. They take the time to address any questions you have an explain the program thoroughly. The program itself is easy to follow and helps create and maintain healthy habits. The results are amazing. I was able to lose the weight and keep it off all thanks to this program, Dr. Mayer and Graciella.
