Review: This program is different than anything I’ve ever tried in the past. For the first time in a long time I have hope that it’s something that will be long lasting instead of losing and gaining back like usual. The office makes you feel comfortable and at home unlike the cold bland doctors offices you go to. The staff are very warm and supportive knowing it’s a vulnerable thing to be going in every week or every other week to help you with your body image. Kathy is very intelligent and really takes the time to make sure you get to your goals. She is genuine and passionate about what she does. She is constantly modifying your medication if needed and walking with you to make sure you are losing the weight and that it’s a lifestyle change. She causes you to become knowledgeable and mindful like never before. I’m forever grateful that I found Kathy and her program because she is changing my life and giving me hope and joy in an area that I was about to give up on!!

Review: I would like to take a couple minutes to tell you about a program that I’m been on it Weightless health center, in the city of Camarillo. When I just joined, I met a lady by the name of Kathy she’s helping me out so much. She stood by me. Through the program she told me that for my snacks I can have ice cream and I thought she was crazy because I’m diabetic but she was correct since I’ve been in the program my diabetes have lowered and just recently my doctor told me that it’s going very good and keep up the good work. Since I’ve been on the program, I have felt so good about myself because I’ve always been a heavy person. Thank you so much Kathy

Review: Weigh Less Health Center has really changed my life! I had never done a weight loss program before and was nervous that it might be really strict and limiting in what I can and can’t eat. But they have really shown me through their program that it’s not as hard as you’d think! And they really focus on being able to sustain your goal weight in a realistic way. Since I started in February 2020, I have lost around 150lbs! Even during quarantine, I was still losing instead of gaining.I like that Kathy is very meticulous about keeping a history of your progress to reference if there are any plateaus or backtracking in your weight. That way she can decide on the next steps together with you. Everybody is always super nice and helpful there. They are also very accommodating and understanding about any scheduling issues or cancellations. They’re great overall!

Review: I have lost 10% of my body weight and it’s thanks to Cathy and her team for their support and teaching me new ways of thinking about food and hunger etc. She also knows when to change things up to suit what works best for you and your lifestyle!! Thanks Cathy for everything and I also appreciate Letti in the front office because she always reminds me the day before of my appointments and if someone cancels she will text me and fit me in etc. It’s things like that which can seem small to some people but with a busy lifestyle it’s huge to me!
