Review: I heard about SD Fat Loss many times on the radio & decided to look into it & am so glad I did!! From the very beginning, meeting with Kloey, until the end, it was a very positive experience. SD Fat Loss provides a very straightforward program to follow that leads to success in losing weight. They provide a very detailed & informative brochure that also has recipes, an easy app to follow that tracks progress, daily, useful videos, and a very supportive staff. I had very good results & appreciated all the help & positive comments if I ever had a question. You are eating your own food at home & can still eat out on occasion. To me it was a mindset & I was happy with the success of this great program.

Review: The staff at SD Fatloss is wonderful- non judgmental, supportive and knowledgeable. I have tried many different types of weight-loss programs. This by far, is the easiest one. It’s important to me, for the food choices to be real food! This is easy to adapt for the slim people in my family.Would I do another round? Absolutely!!💯

Review: I did the 60 day program and lost 25 lbs. The diet plan was simple and I was able to use hot sauces and spices to add more flavor to the proteins. I love berries and it was the beginning of summer end of spring so there were lots of fresh berries in the stores. The daily videos were motivating and educational. Some of the recipes I served to friends and they were definitely hits! I highly recommend this program. I have been off the program for almost 2 months. I have adopted some of the eating habits. I have only gained 3 lbs. I plan on doing another 60 day program to get down another 20-25lbs. I would definitely recommend this plan. It is rigorous but there is wiggle room and the support team is always there to answer questions. Best of luck to you!
