Review: Doctor Perryman and his staff have been nothing but friendly, helpful and efficient in helping me on my weight loss journey. I am so pleased with my results and my experience as a whole. I am nearing my one year anniversary of having the sleeve surgery and am a few pounds from my goal weight. My recovery was easy, with minimal pain and discomfort. Everyone at whole health has been encouraging and helpful regarding scheduling appointments and staying on track with my goal. I have even done a couple of Bodytite procedures with this office recently and am very happy with the results so far (I am told maximum results appear in 6-9 months). If you’re looking to change your body and your life I would highly recommend!

Review: I can’t say enough about WHWL institute!Dr. Perryman is absolutely amazing!From the initial consultation- he made me feel comfortable with my decision to move forward with weight loss surgery.I’m an African-American woman, and a lot of the issues we deal with within the healthcare industry- is not having a physician that truly listens/cares about our concerns.So, being able to walk in a room and see someone that “looks like me,” was truly comforting.But, the great thing is… Dr. Perryman is this way with ALL of his patients.He truly wants to see you succeed in your weight loss journey, and is adamant on giving you the tools to do so.He’s detailed, meticulous and and does not play when it comes to this weight loss thing! LolHis staff is absolutely amazing (I love Emily!) and super attentive to all of your needs.I’m always able to reach someone, if I have any questions or concerns.Dr. Perryman has made himself available to each and every patient, 24/7 (he gives you his number to text/call day or night, if you have any questions/concerns/issues).Like, who does that?! lolThis surgery has absolutely changed my life for the better, and I am blessed to be able to say I couldn’t have done it without the WHWL team!I was sleeved 7/22/21 and I am 110lbs down since surgery (yayyyyy me :)If you are considering Whole Health Weight Loss Institute- JUST DO IT!They’re absolutely amazing!

Review: Very poor customer service and patient follow up and care. After initial consult, surgery date was set. Payment was supposed to be done over the phone and without any prior notice the surgery date was cancelled and patient was notified 4 days before the date! Initially there was an issue with the payment due to the large amount and after going back and forth with them to try again, we offered writing a check or paying in cash and no one followed up. We contacted multiple times to confirm if payment went through or not and no on followed up. Surgery was cancelled and we only knew cause we kept on calling numerous times to confirm payment and surgery date as the date was getting closer. Professional healthcare provider but the customer service and follow up is very poor and unreliable or communicative towards patients!
